The Galaxy C7 has a global score of 77.7, which is just a bit better than Huawei nova 2 Plus's 74.2 overall score. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy C7 has 8.0 Oreo version while Huawei nova 2 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat, so it gives a couple additional features. Galaxy C7 has the same thickness and weight than the Huawei nova 2 Plus.
The Huawei nova 2 Plus has a bit sharper screen than Galaxy C7, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 1920px resolution, the Huawei nova 2 Plus also counts with a just a little greater count of pixels per inch of screen.
