Comparison review
Xperia XZ Premium has a general score of 79.8, which is slightly better than the Huawei nova 2 Plus's general score of 74.2. Although it's the best in this comparison review, Xperia XZ Premium's design is somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier than Huawei nova 2 Plus. The Xperia XZ Premium has a bit better hardware performance than Huawei nova 2 Plus. They have a Octa-Core CPU and a 4 GB RAM.
Xperia XZ Premium features a much sharper display than Huawei nova 2 Plus, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Xperia XZ Premium also has a much greater quantity of pixels per inch in the screen and a much higher resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels. Xperia XZ Premium captures much clearer videos and photos than Huawei nova 2 Plus, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, it also counts with a much higher video resolution and a back-facing camera with a way better 19 megapixels resolution.
Xperia XZ Premium features just a bit more memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei nova 2 Plus, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Xperia XZ Premium also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 256 GB. The Huawei nova 2 Plus features just a little better battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 3% greater battery size.
