The Huawei Mate 30 has a score of 84, which is much better than the Huawei nova 2's overall score of 74.2. Both phones in this review have Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 30 has 10 version and Huawei nova 2 has Android 7.0 Nougat version. Although Huawei Mate 30 is noticeably newer than Huawei nova 2, it's thicker and noticeably heavier.
Huawei Mate 30 has just a little better processing power than Huawei nova 2, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei Mate 30 also has a higher amount of RAM. The Huawei nova 2 has a little sharper screen than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 1920px resolution and a really smaller display, it also counts with a little greater pixels number per inch in the display.
The Huawei Mate 30 counts with just a bit more storage to install applications and games than Huawei nova 2, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Huawei Mate 30 features a way better battery duration than Huawei nova 2, because it has a 4200mAh battery size against 2950mAh.
