Comparison review
Galaxy S5 Plus is just a bit better than Huawei nova 2, getting a global score of 78.1 against 74.2. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Galaxy S5 Plus has the older 4.4.2 version and Huawei nova 2 has Android 7.0 Nougat. Although the Galaxy S5 Plus is better than the Huawei nova 2, it must be noted that it is also noticeably older, a bit heavier and thicker.
Galaxy S5 Plus counts with just a bit better processing power than Huawei nova 2, because although it has less cpu cores and 2 GB less RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus features a little sharper display than Huawei nova 2, because although it has a little worse display pixel density, and they both have the same resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus also counts with a little bigger display.
The Huawei nova 2 counts with a very superior storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S5 Plus, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 128 GB, the Huawei nova 2 also has 48 GB more internal memory capacity. Galaxy S5 Plus captures a bit better videos and photos than Huawei nova 2, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for capturing pictures and videos in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a much more megapixels back camera.
Huawei nova 2 features a bit better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a 5 percent greater battery size.
