Motorola Moto G9 Power is slightly better than the Huawei nova 3, getting a general score of 78.6 against 76.3. The Motorola Moto G9 Power design is incredibly newer than the Huawei nova 3's, but it's extremely thicker and incredibly heavier. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Motorola Moto G9 Power has 10 version and Huawei nova 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
The Huawei nova 3 counts with a bit faster CPU than Motorola Moto G9 Power, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei nova 3 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
