Huawei nova 3 is a little bit better than the OnePlus 8 UW, with a 76.3 score against 75.9. The Huawei nova 3 is an older phone than the OnePlus 8 UW, but it is a little thinner and just a little bit lighter anyway. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei nova 3 has newer 8.1 Oreo version and OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10 version, providing a couple nice extra features.
OnePlus 8 UW has just a little better processing power than Huawei nova 3, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the OnePlus 8 UW also has 2 GB more RAM memory. OnePlus 8 UW has a much better screen than Huawei nova 3, because although it has a just a bit lower pixels amount per display inch, it also counts with a bit bigger display and a bit higher 1080 x 2400px resolution.
The Huawei nova 3 features a much better storage capacity to store more apps and games than OnePlus 8 UW, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory, the Huawei nova 3 also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 256 GB. OnePlus 8 UW counts with just a bit longer battery duration than Huawei nova 3, because it has a 4300mAh battery size.
OnePlus 8 UW shoots much clearer photos and videos than Huawei nova 3, and although they both have the same video resolution and a F1.8 camera aperture, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a way more mega pixels back facing camera and faster video frame rate.
