Comparison review
Xperia XZ Premium is slightly better than the Huawei nova 3, getting a 79.8 score against 76.3. Although Xperia XZ Premium is better than Huawei nova 3, it must be noted that it's also an older, a little bit thicker and heavier cellphone. Sony Xperia XZ Premium's processor is just as good as the Huawei nova 3 one, and although the Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores.
The Xperia XZ Premium features a much more vibrant display than Huawei nova 3, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better display pixels density and a much higher resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels. Xperia XZ Premium takes clearer photos and videos than Huawei nova 3, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for shooting pictures and/or video in low light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same video frame rate, the Xperia XZ Premium also counts with a higher resolution camera.
Huawei nova 3 features a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 256 GB, the Huawei nova 3 also has 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Huawei nova 3 counts with just a bit better battery lifetime than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 3750mAh battery size.
