Huawei nova 3 counts with a much better storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi 12, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Huawei nova 3 also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 256 GB.
Huawei nova 3 counts with a lot better processing power than Xiaomi 12, although it has 2 GB less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Xiaomi 12 captures a lot better pictures and videos than Huawei nova 3, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for low light images, it also counts with a camera with lot more mega pixels and a much higher 7680x4320 video resolution.
