The Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro is a newer phone than Huawei nova 3, although it's extremely heavier and thicker. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro has the older 10 version and Huawei nova 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
