Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro has a global score of 78.7, which is a bit better than the Huawei nova 3's 76.3 overall score. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro has the older 10 version and Huawei nova 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version. The Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro body is newer than the Huawei nova 3's, but it is much heavier and somewhat thicker.
The Huawei nova 3 features a little faster processor than Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Huawei nova 3 also has a greater amount of RAM.
