Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 has older 11 version and Huawei nova 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 is a somewhat thicker and heavier cellphone than Huawei nova 3.
