Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS (operating system), but LG G8 ThinQ has 9.0 Pie version and Huawei nova 3i has Android 8.1 Oreo version, giving a lot of extra features. The LG G8 ThinQ design is a bit thicker but just a little lighter than Huawei nova 3i, and both of them were released only a couple months apart.
