Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite's design is newer than the Huawei nova 3i's, although it is somewhat heavier and a little thicker. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite has the older 10 version while Huawei nova 3i has Android 8.1 Oreo.
