The Xiaomi Mi MIX has a global score of 76.2, which is just a bit better than the Huawei nova 3i's general score of 73.7. Both phones in this review work with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Mi MIX has older 6.0 Marshmallow version and Huawei nova 3i has Android 8.1 Oreo. Even though the Xiaomi Mi MIX is better than Huawei nova 3i, we must highlight that it is also older, a bit thicker and somewhat heavier.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX counts with just a bit better screen than Huawei nova 3i, because although it has a just a bit lower screen pixel density and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2040, it also counts with a quite bigger screen. The Huawei nova 3i counts with a much bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi MIX, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Huawei nova 3i also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 256 GB.
The Huawei nova 3i counts with a bit superior CPU than Xiaomi Mi MIX, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Huawei nova 3i also has a larger number of cores. Xiaomi Mi MIX counts with superior battery lifetime than Huawei nova 3i, because it has a 32% larger battery capacity. Xiaomi Mi MIX has a slightly better camera than Huawei nova 3i, and although they both have the same resolution back-facing camera, the Xiaomi Mi MIX also has a bigger aperture for better low light images and video and a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
