Comparison review
The Huawei nova 5T has an overall score of 80.8, which is slightly better than the HTC One M9's 77.7 global score. The Huawei nova 5T body is newer and thinner than the HTC One M9's, but it is just a little bit heavier. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS, but the Huawei nova 5T has a more recent 10 version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0, offering a lot of extra features.
HTC One M9 has a better display than Huawei nova 5T, because although it has a bit lower 1920 x 1080px resolution and a way smaller display, it also counts with a little bit better amount of pixels in each inch of display. The HTC One M9 has just a bit better processing power than Huawei nova 5T, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with an additional graphics processor and a 64 bits CPU.
Huawei nova 5T has a superior camera than HTC One M9, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Huawei nova 5T also has a bigger camera sensor which provides a better photo and video quality, a lot better 48 megapixels resolution camera in the back and a larger aperture to capture better photos and videos in low light situations.
The Huawei nova 5T features a very superior memory for apps and games than HTC One M9, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Huawei nova 5T features better battery lifetime than HTC One M9, because it has a 32 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Huawei nova 5T is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC One M9. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy HTC One M9, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your savings.
