Comparison review
Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a general score of 90.9, which is better than the Huawei nova 5T's 80.8 score. Huawei Mate 40 Pro's design is newer, but thicker and somewhat heavier than the Huawei nova 5T. Both phones in our current comparison come with the same Android 10 OS (operating system). Huawei Mate 40 Pro features a little sharper screen than Huawei nova 5T, because it has a quite bigger display, a just a bit greater pixels number in each display inch and a higher resolution of 1334 x 2772px.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei nova 5T, because it has 256 GB internal memory. Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a bit more powerful processor than Huawei nova 5T, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than Huawei nova 5T, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro also counts with higher 60 frames per second video frame rates, a much bigger sensor capturing lot better quality videos and photos and a back facing camera with a better resolution.
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro features a little better battery lifetime than Huawei nova 5T, because it has a 4400mAh battery size.
