Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than the Huawei nova 5T, with a 98 score against 80.8. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G construction is heavier and somewhat thicker than Huawei nova 5T. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version while Huawei nova 5T has Android 10 version, so it offers lots of additional features.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little bit better processing power than Huawei nova 5T, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has 6 GB more RAM memory. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit better screen than Huawei nova 5T, because it has a bit bigger screen, a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution and a little bit greater display density.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots much clearer photos and videos than Huawei nova 5T, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture and a 0.5 inches sensor, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a way better video definition and a lot more megapixels back facing camera. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Huawei nova 5T, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a SD card slot that holds up to 1000 GB.

So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Huawei nova 5T, letting go a couple features and specs.
