Huawei nova 5T has a global score of 80.8, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus's 78.1 score. Huawei nova 5T is a noticeably newer and a little thinner cellphone than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, but it is heavier. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei nova 5T has an older 10 version while Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has Android 4.4.2 version.
Huawei nova 5T has a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and faster) and 4 GB more RAM memory. The Galaxy S5 Plus has a sharper display than Huawei nova 5T, because although it has a quite smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit greater number of pixels per display inch.
The Huawei nova 5T shoots better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rates, the Huawei nova 5T also has a bigger aperture, a lot more mega-pixels back-facing camera and a much bigger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The Huawei nova 5T has a way bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S5 Plus, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 112 GB more internal storage.
