Huawei nova 5T has a little faster CPU than Xperia XZs, because it has a greater number of faster cores and 2 GB more RAM.
Huawei nova 5T has a little bit better display than Xperia XZs, because although it has a little worse pixel density, it also counts with a slightly better 1080 x 2340 resolution and a larger screen. Xperia XZs counts with a better camera than Huawei nova 5T, although it has a way less mega pixels camera, a smaller back-facing camera sensor which gives a lower image and video quality, a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for low-light captures.
