Comparison review
The Huawei nova 5T has an overall score of 80.8, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus's global score of 78.1. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei nova 5T has older 10 version and Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Huawei nova 5T is a just a little heavier phone than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, but both are equally thin.
The Huawei nova 5T features a little bit better processing power than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Huawei nova 5T also has a higher number of faster cores. The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a bit better screen than Huawei nova 5T, although it has a bit smaller display, a just a bit inferior pixel amount per inch of screen and a little bit worse 1080 x 1920 resolution.
The Huawei nova 5T takes way better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Huawei nova 5T also has a way bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a much better image quality, a larger aperture to capture better photography and videos in low-light situations and a much more mega pixels camera in the back.
The Huawei nova 5T and the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus feature extremely similar memory capacity for apps and games, both have exactly the same internal storage. The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a bit longer battery performance than Huawei nova 5T, because it has a 3800mAh battery size.
