Huawei nova 9 Pro has a general score of 79.3, which is just a bit better than Huawei Mate 9 Pro's 78.7 score. Huawei nova 9 Pro comes with HarmonyOS 2 OS, and Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with Android 8.0 Oreo OS. The Huawei nova 9 Pro construction is notably newer, but a little heavier and a little thicker than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a bit more vivid screen than Huawei nova 9 Pro, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit greater count of pixels in each inch in the screen and a bit higher 1440 x 2560 resolution. Huawei Mate 9 Pro features as much memory capacity for games and applications as the Huawei nova 9 Pro one, both have exactly the same internal memory capacity.
The Huawei nova 9 Pro has a bit superior CPU than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei nova 9 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro takes just a bit better pictures and videos than Huawei nova 9 Pro, although it has a smaller aperture, a lower 3840x2160 video definition and a lot less MP camera.
