The Huawei nova 9 Pro is a little bit better than the Huawei Pocket S, having a 79.3 score against 78.2. Huawei nova 9 Pro's construction is just a little lighter than the Huawei Pocket S, but it is a little bit thicker and was released around 14 months before. Huawei nova 9 Pro has HarmonyOS 2 OS, while Huawei Pocket S counts with HarmonyOS 3 OS.
