The Galaxy S22 has an overall score of 93.4, which is much better than the Huawei nova 9 Pro's 79.3 general score. Even when the Galaxy S22 and the Huawei nova 9 Pro were only released with a couple of months difference, the Galaxy S22 is somewhat lighter and a little bit thinner. The Galaxy S22 counts with Android 13 OS, while Huawei nova 9 Pro comes with HarmonyOS 2 OS.
