Comparison review
Huawei Nova 9 is slightly better than Huawei nova 5T, getting an 81 score against 80.8. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but the Huawei Nova 9 has a newer 11 version and Huawei nova 5T has Android 10, so it offers a couple additional features and performance optimizations. The Huawei Nova 9 construction has the same thickness than the Huawei nova 5T, but it is just a bit heavier.
Huawei nova 5T has a processing unit that's just as good as the processor in Huawei Nova 9, and although the Huawei nova 5T has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Huawei nova 5T has a little bit better display than Huawei Nova 9, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Huawei nova 5T also counts with a just a bit higher pixel number per screen inch.
The Huawei nova 5T and Huawei Nova 9 feature quite similar storage for applications, games, photos and videos, both have exactly the same internal storage. Huawei nova 5T captures just a bit better photographs and videos than Huawei Nova 9, because although it has a camera with a lower resolution and a lower video definition, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture to capture better images and videos in low-light situations.
The Huawei Nova 9 features a little longer battery lifetime than Huawei nova 5T, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity against 3750mAh.
