Comparison review
The Huawei Nova 9 has an overall score of 81, which is a little bit better than Huawei P30 Lite's overall score of 77. Although the Huawei Nova 9 is newer than Huawei P30 Lite, it is a little heavier and a little bit thicker. These devices come with Android OS, but Huawei Nova 9 has the previous 11 version and Huawei P30 Lite has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Huawei P30 Lite counts with a bit more vivid screen than Huawei Nova 9, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a quite lower 1080 x 2312 resolution, it also counts with a little bit greater count of pixels per inch in the screen. The Huawei Nova 9 has a bit faster processing unit than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Nova 9 also has 4 GB more RAM.

The Huawei Nova 9 features a much better camera than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light captures and video, it also counts with a camera in the back with a way better 50 MP resolution and a way better (4K) video quality.
