Huawei Nova 9 has an overall score of 81, which is just a bit better than Huawei Pocket S's 78.2 score. Huawei Nova 9 is an older and a little bit thicker cellphone than Huawei Pocket S, but Huawei managed to build it just a bit lighter anyway. Huawei Nova 9 counts with Android 11 operating system, and Huawei Pocket S works with HarmonyOS 3 operating system.
The Huawei Pocket S has a processor that is just as good as the Huawei Nova 9 one, both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 8 GB RAM memory. The Huawei Pocket S counts with a bit better screen than Huawei Nova 9, because it has a little higher quantity of pixels in each inch in the display, a quite better resolution of 1188 x 2790 pixels and a quite bigger screen.
Huawei Pocket S's storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos is very similar to Huawei Nova 9's one, both of them have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Huawei Nova 9 captures much better photos and videos than Huawei Pocket S, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for capturing photos and video in low light situations, it also counts with a better 50 mega pixels resolution back facing camera.
Huawei Nova 9 features just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Huawei Pocket S, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity.
