The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has a score of 82.9, which is a bit better than Huawei Nova 9's score of 81. Both devices in this comparison come with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Huawei Nova 9 has Android 11 version. Although it's the best phone in this review, it must be noted that it's also an a lot older, heavier and thicker phone.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro features a little sharper screen than Huawei Nova 9, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro also counts with a just a bit better count of pixels in each screen inch. The Huawei Nova 9 and the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro count with incredibly similar memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, both of them have the same internal memory capacity.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Huawei Nova 9. They have 8 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro takes a bit better photos and videos than Huawei Nova 9, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a camera in the back with a lower 48 MP resolution, it also counts with a larger camera aperture to capture better photos and video in poorly lited situations.
Huawei Nova 9 counts with a bit superior battery performance than Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
