Despite being the best device in this comparison review, the Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro is an older, noticeably heavier and thicker device than the Huawei Nova 9. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro has an older 10 version while Huawei Nova 9 has Android 11.
