Comparison review
The Huawei P Smart (2020) is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 20 lite, having a 77.5 score against 76.2. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P Smart (2020) has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo, so it counts with a couple additional features and performance improvements. The Huawei P Smart (2020) design is newer and just a little lighter than the Huawei Mate 20 lite's, although it is also just a little thicker.
The Huawei Mate 20 lite features a processing unit that's very similar to the Huawei P Smart (2020) one, both have 4 GB of RAM and 8 processing cores. The Huawei P Smart (2020) and the Huawei Mate 20 lite both count with very similar screens, because although the Huawei Mate 20 lite has a just a little lower display density, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a little bigger screen.
Huawei P Smart (2020) has a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Huawei Mate 20 lite, and although they both have an external memory slot that admits up to 512 GB, the Huawei P Smart (2020) also has more internal storage capacity. The Huawei Mate 20 lite features a bit better battery performance than Huawei P Smart (2020), because it has a 10% greater battery capacity.
Huawei Mate 20 lite takes slightly better photos and videos than Huawei P Smart (2020), and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the same diafragm aperture and the same 60 frames per second video frame rate, the Huawei Mate 20 lite also has a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels.
