Comparison review
Huawei Mate 30 is a bit better than the Huawei P Smart (2020), having a overall score of 84 against 77.5. Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but Huawei Mate 30 has an older 10 version and Huawei P Smart (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie. Despite being the best device in our current comparison, Huawei Mate 30's construction is somewhat heavier and just a bit thicker than the Huawei P Smart (2020).
Huawei Mate 30 has a screen that is very similar to the screen in Huawei P Smart (2020), because although the Huawei Mate 30 has a just a little lower pixels amount in each inch of display, and they both have the same resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a little larger display. The Huawei Mate 30 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Huawei P Smart (2020), and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate 30 also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
The Huawei P Smart (2020) has a very superior memory for games and applications than Huawei Mate 30, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Huawei P Smart (2020) also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 512 GB. Huawei Mate 30 captures way better videos and photos than Huawei P Smart (2020), and although they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Huawei Mate 30 also has a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a much higher resolution back-facing camera.
Huawei Mate 30 counts with longer battery life than Huawei P Smart (2020), because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity.
