Comparison review
Huawei P30 Pro is just a bit better than Huawei P Smart (2020), getting an 82.1 score against 77.5. Even being the best we are comparing, we must note that it is also an older, somewhat heavier and just a bit thicker cellphone. Huawei P30 Pro features a little faster processing unit than Huawei P Smart (2020), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P30 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM.
Huawei P30 Pro counts with a display that's very similar to the Huawei P Smart (2020) one, because although the Huawei P30 Pro has a just a bit less pixels per inch in the screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a little bit larger screen. The Huawei P Smart (2020) counts with a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Huawei P30 Pro, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Huawei P Smart (2020) also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 512 GB.
The Huawei P30 Pro has longer battery performance than Huawei P Smart (2020), because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity. Huawei P30 Pro takes much clearer photographs and videos than Huawei P Smart (2020), because it has a bigger aperture to take better images in poorly lited situations, a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels and a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
