The Samsung Galaxy M33 is better than Huawei P Smart (2020), having a score of 86.3 against 77.5. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy M33 has the older 12 version while Huawei P Smart (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
