The Xperia Z5 Premium has a global score of 79.8, which is just a bit better than the Huawei P Smart (2020)'s 77.5 overall score. Both phones in this review include Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia Z5 Premium has an older 5.1 version and Huawei P Smart (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version. Even though Xperia Z5 Premium is a lot older and a bit heavier than Huawei P Smart (2020), it's construction is still a little thinner.
Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a bit better performance than Huawei P Smart (2020), because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a graphics processor. Xperia Z5 Premium has a way better looking display than Huawei P Smart (2020), because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way better 3840 x 2160 resolution and a way higher pixels quantity per inch of display.
The Huawei P Smart (2020) has much more storage capacity to install applications and games than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 512 GB. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium shoots much clearer photos and videos than Huawei P Smart (2020), and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also has a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a back-facing camera with a much better 23 mega-pixels resolution.
Xperia Z5 Premium features a bit better battery life than Huawei P Smart (2020), because it has a 1 percent bigger battery size.
