Xiaomi Mi 8 is just a bit better than the Huawei P Smart (2020), with an 83.3 score against 77.5. Xiaomi Mi 8's construction is just a bit thinner than Huawei P Smart (2020), but it is a bit heavier and was released about 23 months before. Both devices in this comparison work with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Mi 8 has the older 10 version while Huawei P Smart (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie.
