Comparison review
ZTE Axon 20 is a bit better than Huawei P Smart (2020), with a 77.8 score against 77.5. Both phones we are comparing include Android OS (Operating System), but ZTE Axon 20 has older 10 version while Huawei P Smart (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie. Although ZTE Axon 20 and the Huawei P Smart (2020) were released with only 8 months difference, the ZTE Axon 20 design is somewhat heavier but a little thinner.
The ZTE Axon 20 features just a bit better hardware performance than Huawei P Smart (2020), and although they both have the same number of cores, the ZTE Axon 20 also has more RAM memory. Huawei P Smart (2020) counts with a little bit better screen than ZTE Axon 20, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixel density.
ZTE Axon 20 shoots much better videos and photos than Huawei P Smart (2020), because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for shooting pictures and videos in low-light situations, it also counts with a way better (4K) video resolution and a back facing camera with a much better 64 megapixels resolution.
Huawei P Smart (2020) counts with a much greater memory capacity to install games and applications than ZTE Axon 20, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory, the Huawei P Smart (2020) also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB. ZTE Axon 20 features improved battery life than Huawei P Smart (2020), because it has 4220mAh of battery capacity against 3400mAh.
