Huawei P smart S has a general score of 77.2, which is just a bit better than Huawei nova 3's 76.3 global score. The Huawei P smart S is a newer and just a little lighter cellphone than the Huawei nova 3, but it is just a bit thicker. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P smart S has the older 10 version and Huawei nova 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo.
Huawei nova 3 features just a bit better processing power than Huawei P smart S, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei nova 3 also has more RAM memory.
