Comparison review
Huawei P40 Lite is slightly better than the Huawei P smart S, having a score of 79.5 against 77.2. Although it's the best phone in this comparison, we must tell that it's also just a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier. These devices work with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System). The Huawei P40 Lite features a bit faster CPU than Huawei P smart S, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a higher amount of RAM.
Huawei P40 Lite features a screen that is just as good as the display in Huawei P smart S, because although the Huawei P40 Lite has a bit worse 1080 x 2310 resolution and a quite worse display density, it also counts with a bit larger screen. Huawei P smart S has a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Huawei P smart S also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB.
The Huawei P40 Lite features a bit superior battery performance than Huawei P smart S, because it has a 5% bigger battery size. Huawei P40 Lite takes much better videos and photos than Huawei P smart S. They have the same diafragm aperture and the same resolution back facing camera.
