The Nokia 9.3 PureView has a score of 84.2, which is just a bit better than Huawei P smart S's global score of 77.2. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Nokia 9.3 PureView has 11 version while Huawei P smart S has Android 10, giving some extra features and a performance increase. The Nokia 9.3 PureView is a way thinner and much lighter device than the Huawei P smart S.
