Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M12 has an overall score of 80, which is just a bit better than Huawei P smart S's general score of 77.2. These phones work with the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect. The Samsung Galaxy M12 design is newer, but thicker and noticeably heavier than the Huawei P smart S.
Huawei P smart S has a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy M12. They have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores. Huawei P smart S has a sharper screen than Galaxy M12, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher pixel quantity per inch in the screen and a much higher 1080 x 2400 resolution.
Galaxy M12 shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Huawei P smart S, although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for capturing photographs in low-light situations, they both have a camera with a 48 mega pixels. The Huawei P smart S features just a bit more memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy M12, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows 768 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal memory.
