Samsung Galaxy M13 is just a bit better than the Huawei P smart S, with an 81.1 score against 77.2. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy M13 has the newer 12 version while Huawei P smart S has Android 10. Samsung Galaxy M13 is a a lot newer phone than the Huawei P smart S, but it's somewhat heavier and a little thicker.
