Galaxy Note5 is just a bit better than the Huawei P smart S, with a general score of 80.2 against 77.2. The Galaxy Note5 body is a little bit thinner than Huawei P smart S, but it's a little heavier and was released 5 years before. Galaxy Note5's processing unit is just as good as Huawei P smart S's processing unit, both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and the same RAM memory amount.
Galaxy Note5 has a slightly better screen than Huawei P smart S, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a bit higher display pixels density. Huawei P smart S counts with a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Note5, because it has 128 GB internal storage and a SD card slot that supports up to 256 GB.
The Huawei P smart S has greater battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh. The Galaxy Note5 takes clearer videos and photos than Huawei P smart S, although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for shooting images in low-light situations and a camera in the back with lot less megapixels.
