Comparison review
Huawei nova 3 has an overall score of 76.3, which is just a bit better than Huawei P Smart Z's 75.6 global score. The Huawei nova 3 is an older device than the Huawei P Smart Z, but Huawei could make it somewhat lighter and thinner. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS, but Huawei nova 3 has 8.1 Oreo version while Huawei P Smart Z has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Huawei nova 3 counts with a little more vivid display than Huawei P Smart Z, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, the Huawei nova 3 also counts with a bit better screen pixel density. Huawei nova 3 has a better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P Smart Z, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 256 GB against 512 GB, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage.
Huawei nova 3 has just a bit better hardware performance than Huawei P Smart Z, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei nova 3 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Huawei P Smart Z features a bit longer battery duration than Huawei nova 3, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3750mAh.
The Huawei nova 3 shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Huawei P Smart Z, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture and the same resolution camera in the back, the Huawei nova 3 also has a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
