Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Duo is a bit better than the Huawei P Smart Z, having a 78.8 score against 75.6. Both phones in this comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but the Microsoft Surface Duo has 10 version and Huawei P Smart Z has Android 9.0 Pie. The Microsoft Surface Duo is a newer and a lot thinner phone than the Huawei P Smart Z, although it is way heavier.
