Samsung Galaxy Note3 is a little bit better than Huawei P Smart Z, with a 77.7 score against 75.6. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note3 has older 4.4.2 version while Huawei P Smart Z has Android 9.0 Pie. The Samsung Galaxy Note3 construction is somewhat lighter and a little thinner than the Huawei P Smart Z, although it was released many years before.
