Comparison review
Galaxy On7 Prime is a bit better than Huawei P Smart Z, getting a 76.9 score against 75.6. These phones include the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect. The Galaxy On7 Prime is an older cellphone than the Huawei P Smart Z, but Samsung was able to make it somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter anyway.
