Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 8 is much better than Huawei P Smart Z, with an 83.3 score against 75.6. Although the Xiaomi Mi 8 is older than Huawei P Smart Z, it's construction is lighter and thinner. Both devices in this review come with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Mi 8 has older 10 version and Huawei P Smart Z has Android 9.0 Pie.
Xiaomi Mi 8 has a little more vivid screen than Huawei P Smart Z, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 2248 resolution and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a little bit greater display pixels density. The Xiaomi Mi 8 has a bigger memory to store more apps and games than Huawei P Smart Z, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory.
Xiaomi Mi 8 counts with a little bit better processing power than Huawei P Smart Z, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi 8 also has more RAM. Xiaomi Mi 8 has a slightly better camera than Huawei P Smart Z, because although it has a way less MP resolution back facing camera, and they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Xiaomi Mi 8 also counts with a way higher (4K) video quality.
