Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 1 has an overall score of 82.6, which is much better than the Huawei P10 Lite's 72.8 score. The Sony Xperia 1 construction is a lot newer, but heavier and somewhat thicker than Huawei P10 Lite. Xperia 1 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Huawei P10 Lite, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xperia 1 also has 2 GB more RAM.
Sony Xperia 1 has a much better screen than Huawei P10 Lite, because it has a much higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels, a larger screen and a lot more pixels per display inch. Sony Xperia 1 features a way bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P10 Lite, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
The Xperia 1 shoots a bit better photos and videos than Huawei P10 Lite, and although they both have the same resolution back camera, the Xperia 1 also has a lot higher (4K) video resolution, a larger back-facing camera sensor shooting better quality photographs and videos and a much bigger aperture.
The Xperia 1 counts with just a bit better battery performance than Huawei P10 Lite, because it has an 11% greater battery size.
