Comparison review
The Huawei P10 Plus is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, getting a general score of 79.8 against 78.1. Huawei P10 Plus's construction is just a little lighter and somewhat thinner than the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, although both of them were released with only 6 months difference. Huawei P10 Plus features a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560.
Huawei P10 Plus has a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Huawei P10 Plus also has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 256 GB. Huawei P10 Plus counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have 6 GB of RAM memory, the Huawei P10 Plus also has 4 more cpu cores (although slower).
The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus counts with a bit longer battery duration than Huawei P10 Plus, because it has a 3800mAh battery size. The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus features just a bit better camera than Huawei P10 Plus, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low light images, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus also counts with a more mega pixels back facing camera.
