Comparison review
The Huawei P10 Plus is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, with a overall score of 79.8 against 77.5. Huawei P10 Plus's body is incredibly lighter and just a bit thinner than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, even though both of them were released only 2 months apart. The Huawei P10 Plus features a sharper display than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher number of pixels per inch of display and a better 1440 x 2560px resolution.
The Huawei P10 Plus features a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei P10 Plus also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Huawei P10 Plus counts with a bit more memory for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Huawei P10 Plus also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 256 GB.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features a slightly better camera than Huawei P10 Plus, although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for capturing pictures in low-light situations, they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a same resolution camera and the same video frame rate. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features a way better battery lifetime than Huawei P10 Plus, because it has a 41% larger battery capacity.
