Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A42 has a global score of 87, which is much better than the Huawei P10's global score of 75.5. Samsung Galaxy A42 is a noticeably newer cellphone than the Huawei P10, but it is way heavier and thicker. The Huawei P10 has a much better looking screen than Galaxy A42, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a way greater display pixel density and a better resolution of 1080 x 1920.
Galaxy A42 features a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P10, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity. Huawei P10 counts with a bit better processing power than Galaxy A42. Both have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core processor.
The Galaxy A42 counts with a much longer battery performance than Huawei P10, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3200mAh. Galaxy A42 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Huawei P10, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Galaxy A42 also has a bigger aperture and a back-facing camera with much more megapixels.
